Health Insurance Coverage
See the "Insurances We Accept" link to the left to see if we accept your insurance. Even if we don't accept your insurance, you can still see us if you have "out-of-network" benefits. In that case, you would pay our full fee, then you would file for reimbursement with your insurance company. If we accept you health insurance, you are generally responsible for your copay and any deductible you may have. You can check your coverage by calling the 800 number on the back of your insurance card and asking these questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Do I need to get pre-authorization before seeing a therapist?

Our fees
Our standard fees vary depending on the type of service we provide. Most of our work is charged at $180 a 60 minute session.
As of June 1, 2023, our fees will increase to:
Psychotherapy intake - 90791 (60 minutes): $250 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - 90832 (30 minutes): $135 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - 90834 (45 minutes): $180 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - 90837 (60 minutes): $200 per session
Couples/Family Psychotherapy - 90847 (45 minutes): $225 per session
Group psychotherapy - 90853 (90 minutes): $100 per session
Coaching session - no CPT code: $Variable – Practitioner sets fee depending on issues involved
Psychological testing - medically necessary $200 per session - 96130 (60 minutes)/$100 per session - 96131 (30 minutes) - Evaluation, preparation, analysis, etc. $100 per session - 96136/96137 (30 minutes) - Actual test administration
Psychological testing - non-medically necessary: $Variable – Practitioner sets fee depending on issues involved
Forensic work: $250 per hour of non-testimony/deposition work (e.g., preparing, travel, testing, interviewing, research, etc.) $300 per hour of testimony/deposition
Missed appointment/canceling appointment without giving at least 24 hours of notice: $120
Report writing: $55 per 15 minutes of work
Consultation between scheduled sessions: $55 per 15 minutes of work
Return check fee: $45
Payment
Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted for payment. You can make your payment during the session. You can also make a payment online by clicking on "Make a Payment" to the left.
Cancellation Policy
You must give us at least 24-hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If not, you will be charged a $100 fee. You will also be charged this fee if you fail to show for an appointment.
