OUR FEES

Health Insurance Coverage

We accept most major health insurance programs.  If you have health insurance, you are generally responsible for your copay and any deductible you may have.  You can check your coverage by calling the 800 number on the back of your insurance card and asking these questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Our administrative staff will be happy to answer any general questions you may have.

Our fees
Our standard fees vary depending on the type of service we provide.  If you are using health insurance, you will pay a much lower cost - typically between $10 and $40 for each session.  Some of our most common services and charges, prior to insurance adjustments, are:

  • Initial Evaluation/Consultation:  $160 for a 45-50 minute session.
  • Individual Therapy:  $145 for a 45-50 minute session.
  • Family or Couples Therapy:  $170 for a 45-50 minute session.
  • Group Therapy:  $135 for a 90 minute session.

We may also charge for telephone consultation, report writing, and other ancillary professional work on your behalf.

Payment
Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards accepted for payment.  You can make a payment online by clicking on "Make a Payment" to the left.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $60 fee.

Credit Card on File
We require that you provide us a credit card number to keep on file.  This will only be used if you cannot otherwise pay for our services on the date they are rendered, including no show and late cancellation fees.
